Every LYVIANE handbag is packed with care and dispatched on tracked domestic delivery. Unworn bags in their original dust bags can be returned or exchanged under the simple steps below.

Each bag is wrapped in protective packaging and placed in a sturdy box to keep its shape in transit. Orders are dispatched within India on tracked delivery, and you will receive tracking notifications as your parcel moves.

Contact our support team with photos of the parcel and bag within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the claim promptly.

Bags must be unworn and returned in their original protective dust bags. Reach out to our support team to start a return or exchange, and we will confirm the next steps by email.
